What is your minimum order?
One 40 ft reefer container. Mixed loads across several lines are accepted. Airfreight for soft fruit starts from 500 kg.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP. Tell us your preferred term and destination port and we quote on that basis.
What payment terms do you accept?
Letter of credit at sight or telegraphic transfer. Terms are agreed per programme before the first shipment.
How long from order to loading?
Typically five to ten days from confirmed order and agreed payment terms, subject to harvest window.
Can you pack under our own brand?
Yes. Private label on cartons, punnets and film, and retail-ready formats with barcodes and weight declarations.
Which certifications do your growers hold?
Our products are sourced from certified farms and packing houses holding applicable certifications, including GLOBALG.A.P., BRCGS, ISO 22000, COC, SPRING and GRASP. Phytosanitary certificates are issued per consignment.
Who is my contract with?
Unitra Foods Ltd, Company No. 17346757, registered in England and Wales. Contracts are under English law; invoicing in GBP, EUR or USD.
Which origins do you source from?
Direct grower relationships in Egypt, Kenya and India, with a wider network of trusted suppliers in other origins when a product, season or market requires it.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. We supply importers, wholesalers, retail groups and food service only, and we do not compete with our buyers in their own markets.
